WIKI: The Leader of the Conservative Party is the most senior politician within the Conservative Party in the United Kingdom.

The post is currently held by David Cameron, who replace Michael Howard in 2005, and who has also been the serving Prime Minister since 2010.

How do the Conservatives elect their leader The poll process for selecting the leader of the Conservative Party is overseen by the Conservative 1922 Committee, although election procedures are established by the Board of the Conservative Party.

Nominations for the leadership are invited by the Chairman of the 1922 Committee (currently Graham Brady), acting as Returning Officer for all steps of the election.

Opponents must be proposed and seconded in writing, with names of the proposers and seconders being published.

When nominations close (at noon on a Thursday, 30 June 2016, in this case), a list of valid nominations is published.

If there is only one valid nomination, that person is declared elected. If only two valid proposals are received, both names go forward to the general membership of the Party.

If more than two nominations are received, a ballot is held within the Parliamentary Party on Tuesday immediately following the closing date for nominations.

An exhaustive poll system is used to elect two candidates to go forward to the general membership of the Party.

Michael Gove and Liam Fox, both born in Virgo, have the best chance at victory in Conservative Party leadership election.

But... Stephen Crabb, a true Capricorn native, in turn, has a high chance at 2016 victory in Conservative Party leadership election.

Is it time for England to be led by a CAPRICORN?
